I know what you're thinking:   "I’m excited for the holidays, but I wish I had some sonorous, low frequency melodies to accompany the tryptophan-laden turkey (or veg alternative 🥦) I'm about to consume next week!" 🦃  Well tuba fans, ask and you shall receive. My second studio album, called Voyager, is a partial reference to the ludicrous amount of travel I've done over the past few years (👋🏻 hello Southwest companion pass), but also references the geographical scope of the music on the album - hopefully there's something for everyone! 🇺🇸🇩🇪🇫🇷🇸🇪

I learned from @mtilsonthomas that revisiting a piece of music is like revisiting a national park: when we see it for a second time, so many things have changed - not only the landscape, but our perspectives change as a result of lived experience. That’s how revisiting a war horse like the Vaughan Williams feels: it’s something I’ve performed countless times, but every time feels a bit different.
